Our Souderton, PA division is currently searching for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team!

What You Will Do:

  • Safely operate the facilities Wheel Loader and Drum Feeder
  • Enforce safety procedures on the tipping floor
  • Assist with Direct Drop Off procedures and customers as needed
  • Maintain landscaping onsite including, but not limited to, mowing, weed-whacking, mulching
  • Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor
  • Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free
  • Other duties as assigned

You Have/You Are:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A valid Driver's License
  • At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
  • A comfort level working in all-weather outdoors and ability to work indoors
  • The ability to work every other Saturday (required) and overtime
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
