Job description

Netsimco, a Saalex Company is seeking a Administrative Assistant in Newport, RI. Saalex is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company providing Cyber Security, Information Technology, Strategic Operations Research, Wargaming, Training and Education, Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services to an array of government agencies across every warfare domain.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55k-$60k annually (depending upon experience)

Work Location: Onsite.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30, weekend work occasionally.

Requirements

Required:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, having time-sensitive deadlines

  • Basic understanding of proper protocol and military structure
  • Proficient in Google Applications, Microsoft Suite, and SharePoint

Education:

HS Diploma or GED required. High Administrative Assistants must have Defense Travel System User training/certification. 

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
