Role Overview
We're hiring a driven Sales Development Representative to join our team of sellers who thrive in high-growth environments. You'll be on the front lines of CodeRabbit's growth, building pipeline from scratch and opening doors at ICP-fit accounts within our Enterprise segment.
What You Will Do
  • Generate qualified pipeline for our Enterprise and Emerging Enterprise Sales Segments, driving pipeline activities across cold call, email, and LinkedIn, targeting technical decision-makers
  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads promptly and within agreed SLAs
  • Qualify prospects and generate high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales to sharpen messaging and improve conversion across the funnel
  • Become a genuine expert on the developer tools landscape and CodeRabbit's positioning within it
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota as a core measure of success in this role
