The Opportunity:

This is an outside, territory-based sales role where you'll meet business owners and employees in person. This is an independent contractor position, so you'll have freedom over your schedule, and how you build your business in-market. You'll learn to present benefit options clearly, build long-term relationships, and guide people through their coverage choices. We'll teach you the sales playbook, you bring the hustle and curiosity.

What You'll Do

Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.

Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.

Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.

Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (we use Salesforce).

Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.

Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.

Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
