Job Title: Entry-Level Roustabout Hand Location: Midland, Texas (Local Candidates Only) Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Field Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Entry-Level Roustabout Hand to join our oilfield operations team in the Midland, Texas area. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the oil and gas industry. The Roustabout Hand will assist with general labor, equipment maintenance, site preparation, and other field-related tasks while working safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Candidates must reside in the Midland/Odessa area and be able to report directly to job sites as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform general oilfield labor and lease maintenance activities.

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving equipment, materials, and supplies.

Clean and maintain work locations, equipment, and company vehicles.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.

Assist crews with installing, repairing, and maintaining oilfield equipment.

Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties at customer locations.

Help with pipe handling, rig-up, rig-down, and site preparation activities.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and customer requirements.

Conduct pre-job inspections and identify potential safety hazards.

Maintain accurate records of work performed when required.

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and rugged terrain.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid Texas driverโ€™s license preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work long hours when required, including weekends and holidays.

Reliable transportation to and from Midland-area job sites.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

Previous oilfield, construction, farm/ranch, mechanical, or labor experience.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Forklift, telehandler, or equipment operation experience.

Current OSHA, Safeland, or PEC certifications.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods.

Work in extreme heat, cold, dust, wind, and other outdoor conditions.

Ability to wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, and FR clothing.
