Key Responsibilities:
Assist in performing routine maintenance services (new car pre-delivery inspections (PDI), oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.)
Help with diagnostics and minor repairs under the supervision of experienced technicians
Learn to troubleshoot and identify issues with vehicle systems
Keep work area clean, organized, and maintain tools and equipment
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in the automotive industry
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
