What You'll Do:

You will step into a high-impact, hands-on career operating out of one of our regional service centers. Based on your current experience and academic performance, you will enter through one of two distinct career pathways:

  • The Tech 1 Pathway (Shop or Travel Tracks): If you meet our baseline technical requirements, you will start immediately as a Tech 1. You'll choose between two paths:
    • Shop Technicians: Focus heavily on in-house diagnostics, major overhauls, equipment commissioning, and preparing fleet assets for major industrial deployments.
    • Travel/Field Technicians: Work directly on diverse client sites, handling live setups, preventative maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, and local daily travel. You will be assigned a dedicated company vehicle from day one and
  • The Accelerated Entry-Level Pathway: If you are a newer student or graduate building your foundational skills, you will start in an entry-level role. This pathway features an accelerated growth program designed to rapidly fast-track you into a Tech 1 position through targeted mentorship, practical floor time, and priority access to our training modules.
  • Learn from the Subject Matter Experts: Regardless of your starting pathway, you will team up with senior technicians to deploy, commission, and test industrial-grade equipment at the shop and on customer sites.
  • Master the Machinery: Perform hands-on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs across our core fleets: Power Generation, Temperature Control (HVAC/Chillers), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Oil-Free Air Compressors.
  • Drive Your Paycheck: Take advantage of built-in opportunities to work overtime, weekends, and participate in regional travel to rapidly advance your skills.

You Are:

  • Education: A current student or recent graduate (Classes of 2025, 2026, or 2027) from an accredited Trade School, Technical College, or University.
  • Academic Verification: Must submit a current official or unofficial academic transcript with your application.
  • Targeted Majors & Programs:
    • Diesel & Heavy Equipment Technology: Focuses on diesel engine overhauls, fuel delivery, and industrial powertrains.
    • On-Site Power Generation Technology: Specialized training in natural gas/diesel generators, industrial motor control, and power systems.
    • HVAC/R & Climate Control Engineering: Focuses on commercial refrigeration, industrial chillers, and environmental controls.
    • Electrical Technology & Industrial Electrician: Teaches three-phase power, high-voltage circuitry, and electrical distribution safety.
    • Mechatronics & Building Automation Systems: Covers PLCs, CAN/BUS telemetry, solid-state electronics, and automated grid infrastructure (ideal for BESS and microgrids).
    • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology: Connects classroom calculations of nominal/effective tonnage and kW requirements to live operations.
  • Core Requirements: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Must for travel Techs). Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or DOT medical card based on regional customer requirements.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to move or lift objects up to 75 lbs.

  • Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination, finger dexterity for small component manipulation, and adequate grip strength for heavy tools and ladders.
  • Physical Assessment: Ability to safely pass a post-offer physical abilities assessment, including lifting (60 lbs.), pushing/pulling (80 lbs.), carrying (60 lbs.), and climbing ladders while carrying tools (15 lbs.).
