Title Clerk (Entry-Level)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Clerk to support high-volume vehicle title processing operations. This role is responsible for organizing, reviewing, processing, and distributing vehicle titles for vehicles sold through online auctions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and can maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and match vehicle titles with corresponding bills of sale.
  • Sort and organize title documents alphabetically by dealer name and other designated criteria.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure documentation is properly categorized.
  • Enter title information into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Receive, stamp, assign, and process vehicle titles according to established procedures.
  • Prepare and ship completed title packages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy before processing.
