Pay: $55.00/hour
Full-Time | Day Shift
Schedule Information

  • Monday-Friday
  • Occasional weekends required
Occupational Therapist Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
  • Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license required
  • Previous inpatient rehabilitation facility experience highly preferred
  • Adult IRF experience preferred
  • Experience working with patients recovering from brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injuries, amputations, cardiac conditions, and orthopedic diagnoses preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment with short lengths of stay
  • Commitment to collaborative discharge planning and patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for adult rehabilitation patients
  • Support patients in improving mobility, strength, independence, and daily living skills
  • Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses including brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputations, cardiac conditions, and orthopedic conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and discharge planning
