Technical Recruiter – Entry Level

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and placement
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, our internal database, referrals, networking, phone calls, email, and text
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and contractors
• Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Negotiate compensation and close candidates on opportunities
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and assist with the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in our systems

TYPICAL DAY:

• Sourcing and contacting candidates
• Making phone calls and following up with candidates
• Conducting interviews and discussing career opportunities
• Reviewing resumes and matching candidates to jobs
• Working with hiring managers and your recruiting team
• Updating candidate information and activity in our systems
• Negotiating compensation and helping candidates through the hiring process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable working extensively from a computer and learning new technology
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Competitive mindset and desire to achieve results
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Customer service, sales, recruiting, staffing, or other people-facing experience
• Experience working in a performance-driven environment
• Experience using an ATS, CRM, or other business software
