About the job Administrative Assistant - Entry Level (Remote). The position is part time at 15-20 hrs per week by November 2022, with hours potentially increasing to 24-30 hrs per week after November 2022. This is a remote role that requires communicating with the manager, project team members, and clients via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities Administrative Support: manage job digital reports (e.g., developing project- and contract-specific files) and, upon request, assist with coordinating and generating technical documents as well as discussions. Monitor and update program customer handbooks. Regulatory Assistance: assess environmental documentation and administer regulatory observance needs.

Enter data into an online database and evaluate digital material against established regulatory requirements. Perform ad hoc regulatory research. Maintain a job email mailbox with communications from airport clients and project subcontractors.

Understand the client standard operating procedures to provide appropriate support to customer sites. Required Skills Organized, detail-oriented; ability to work remotely and independently; capable of handling a busy environment with multi-tasking and effective prioritization. Ability to monitor the status of jobs; professional communication (verbal and written) with a wide range of readers via phone and email.

Strong data-entry skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Teams. Ability to create, edit, and print Excel spreadsheets and to sort and filter data in Excel; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat. Ability to establish and maintain systems for digital submission of specialized files and documents.

Must-Have (Hard Skills) Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat. Understanding of environmental regulations. Nice-to-Have (Soft Skills) Data entry and QA/QC Customer service experience Education & Experience Associates or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of office-related experience in a progressively responsible role.
