Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Support customer account updates, documentation, and policy servicing needs.
  • Assist with preparing insurance quotes and reviewing customer needs.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
  • Learn insurance products, processes, systems, and industry best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced team members to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Develop sales, service, and relationship-building skills in a professional environment.
