Customer Service Representative

Lowell, Arkansas Hybrid With Benefits! Description

Are you looking for an entry-level customer service position where you can work from the comfort of your own home? Our Fortune 500 client is hiring customer service representatives. Apply Today!

*Must reside in the Lowell, Arkansas area*

We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

  • Permanent Schedules:
    • 1st Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 3:00 AM CST – 7:00 PM CST.
    • 2nd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 11:00 AM CST – 3:00 AM CST.
    • 3rd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 7:00 PM CST – 11:00 AM CST.
  • Training Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.
  • Must be available to work weekends

Key Responsibilities

If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.

Skills and Knowledge – Customer Service Representative

You MUST have your own equipment. Listed below are our requirements.

  • A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer ( > or = 12.00GB & > 4000 CPU).
  • A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).
  • An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop.
  • A Webcam.
  • A Headset with a Microphone.
  • A Computer Mouse.
Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative
  • High School Diploma / GED equivalent
  • Prior remote customer service experience preferred but not required
