What You’ll Do

• Connect with warm leads who have requested benefit information
• Build trust and establish strong client relationships
• Learn and explain life and supplemental insurance options
• Understand each client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
• Maintain a professional and positive client experience
• Develop long-term relationships through communication, trust, and service
