Customer Enrollment Specialist — Warm Leads (No Cold Calling)

$70K+ OTE | $46,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Warm leads. No cold calling. Customers already want to buy.

Customers use our partner app to request home services like electricity, internet, TV, and security. They’ve already chosen what they want — your job is to confirm the details and finalize the setup. Customers love what we do. We’ve earned thousands of five-star reviews by making the move-in process simple.

Most specialists are on pace for $70K+ annually within 1–2 months. Top performers earn $100K+ in this role.

If you like staying busy and helping customers complete decisions they’ve already started, keep reading.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Phone calls with customers who have already submitted service requests through our partner app
  • Confirm their setup details and move-in timeline
  • Make sure the services they selected fit their home and needs
  • Recommend upgrades when they genuinely improve the customer’s setup
  • Finalize the order and pass it to our processing team
  • Keep clean documentation in our CRM

This is a fast-paced, high activity role with steady daily call volume.

What this Role is NOT

  • Not cold calling
  • Not aggressive, high-pressure sales
  • Not commission-only

These are warm customers who already intend to buy. Your job is to guide, confirm, and complete the order.
