Launch your entry level outside sales / business development career with Panda Exteriors, an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company. In this role, you'll work in the field, speaking directly with homeowners, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a high-energy, outdoor position ideal for driven, competitive self-starters who want to break into sales, business development, and account management with clear six-figure earning potential.
If you're willing to work hard, stay consistent, and push through rejection, this entry level outside sales / business development representative role can lead to rapid promotion into full-cycle Sales Representative or Sales Leadership within 6-12 months. If you're looking for something easy, this is not it.
As an Entry Level Outside Sales / Business Development Representative, you will:
- Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners in assigned territories
- Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home appointments for our sales team
- Represent Panda Exteriors professionally and positively in the field
- Work outdoors daily and stay active on your feet throughout your shift
- Hit daily and weekly lead generation, appointment setting, and performance goals
- Use our proven training, scripts, and systems to build your sales and business development skills
