Job description

NurseCore is looking for experienced Pediatric RNs to bring their skills into the home. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care for pediatric patients in a home environment.
SORRY, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW GRADS AT THIS TIME. 
🩺 Stethoscope Checklist – Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate in-home care for children with chronic or complex health needs.
  • Assist with G-tubes, and, depending on the case, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care.
  • Deliver nursing care tailored to each child’s individualized plan.
  • Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality pediatric care.
💊 Prescription Pad – Requirements
  • Active RN license in Nevada. 
  • Minimum one year post-grad clinical experience. 
  • Experience with pediatric G-tube care; ventilators or trachs a plus. 
  • Current hands-on CPR certification 
  • Negative TB test within the past year.
