What You’ll Do
- Lead and support residential sales campaigns in assigned neighborhoods and territories
- Engage homeowners face-to-face to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness

- Assist with team development, daily huddles, and performance coaching
- Work alongside management to help execute campaign goals and maintain team momentum

Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
