This Senior Business Development Manager - Staffing position is an exciting hunter role in which you'll sell our staffing and recruiting services to businesses across various industries. You'll focus on developing new business, building lasting client partnerships, and collaborating with our recruiters to deliver customized solutions for our clients.
Senior Business Development Manager - Staffing, Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, and networking events
  • Grow relationships with current accounts to become a go-to resource for hiring needs
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to discuss hiring needs and present LaSalle's services
  • Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Overcome objections, negotiate contracts, and secure deals
