Description:
Support user onboarding of Cloudflare's Network Access Solution (ZTNA). Services support includes a full time onsite resident network access engineer. The primary function of this resources is to assist customer with the implementation and user onboarding efforts for up to 17,000 users following software installation by Cloudflare.
Resident engineer will support staff by providing provide ongoing support, optimization, and troubleshooting after the initial deployment. The resource will have expertise in Cisco ASA firewalls and Palo Alto Panorama and work directly with our manufacturers to streamline onboarding efforts as users gain access the platform.
Performance Optimization
Security and Policy Management
Assess the current Cisco IPSEC VPN setup, including user access needs, applications, and security requirements.
Conduct a pilot phase with a small group of users to validate the new setup, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to policies and configurations.
Facilitate a smooth transition from Cisco IPsec VPNs to Cloudflare ZTNA remote access.
