Position Title: Network Engineer
Location: Panama City Beach, FL
Clearance: Secret
Position Title
ISPA Technology is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust and secure network infrastructures. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational networking expertise who is also experienced in working with specialized and non-traditional network environments, including high-latency and constrained communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain secure and scalable network architectures
  • Implement and manage routing and switching solutions using protocols such as OSPF and BGP
  • Ensure network security through the use of protocols such as IPsec and TLS
  • Configure and manage network hardware from vendors including Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issues
  • Support and optimize networks operating over non-traditional links (e.g., satellite, low-bandwidth, high-latency systems)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and deployment
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous network improvements
Required Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and core networking concepts
  • Strong experience with routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP) and network security protocols (e.g., IPsec, TLS)
