Today IPG works with Canada's largest network of independent adjusting firms across the country. Operating out of Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, each office is staffed with specialized senior examiners and qualified desktop examiners. We have regional expertise and are licensed in all Canadian provinces.

We have an existing opportunity to add a Bilingual Account Administrator to our team! This is a full-time, hybrid role and commute to the office will be required on rotation with other Administrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in opening claims in internal and external client databases and triaging of claims assignments
  • Support in processing cheque requests or inquires
  • Providing feedback and updates for the maintenance of client guidelines
  • Assist in the design of workflows to create efficiencies for client accounts and specific client initiatives when required
  • Works with Coordinators to ensure smooth cheque/payment issuance workflow by accurate data entry processes
  • Investigate and resolve payment queries
  • General administrative office duties such as assigning and uploading of incoming mail to claim files etc.

Qualifications & Experience:
