Entry Level Net Developer Jobs in Princeton, TX (NOW HIRING)

Location: Fort Worth / Alliance, TX
Pay: Up to $25/hr DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are hiring a Product Engineering Technician to support production and engineering operations in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working directly with production equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines and process parameters to ensure quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot process issues, machine alarms, and production abnormalities
• Assist with quick repairs and escalate larger technical issues to Engineering
• Collect and track production, yield, and quality data
• Assist engineers with testing, pilot runs, and process improvement projects
• Ensure production processes follow established SOPs and work instructions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of electronics manufacturing experience
• Previous technician, process, engineering support, or troubleshooting experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Associate degree in Engineering preferred, but not required with equivalent hands-on experience
• Chinese or Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
