Role & Responsibilities


Our After Sales Parts team is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' systems. We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Associateto join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

As a Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate, you will manage and coordinate spare parts orders, prepare quotations, and ensure timely delivery of parts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with suppliers, customers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Quotation Preparation: Research historical data, including reading technical drawings, or source new parts to prepare accurate spare parts quotations.
  • Procurement Documentation: Draft and manage procurement documents such as spreadsheets, databases, requests for quotations, and purchase orders for spare parts.
  • Drawing Management: Receive, organize, and circulate supplier and fabricator drawings for approval, including preparing drawing transmittals.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and tracking, monitoring quotes, shipments, invoices, and payments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support Senior Staff: Assist in maintaining and organizing spare parts files and correspondence.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications:

  • Business or Technical degree/diploma or equivalent level of combined education and on-the-job experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing Customer Service role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
