We are seeking a proactive and process oriented team member to work closely with each department to understand workflows, identify improvement opportunities, guide teams through system enhancements, and deliver practical user training tied to the projects they manage. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Process Improvement Partner with department leads to document business processes, pain points, and requirements. Analyze workflows in Field Service, Customer Service, Scheduling, and related operations.

Recommend system improvements or process changes to optimize efficiency. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, or configuration guidance. Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of new features or enhancements.

Training & User Enablement Develop training materials, job aids, and step-by-step guides. Deliver training sessions and workshops for new processes or system updates. Provide ongoing coaching to ensure adoption and confidence across user groups.

Act as a change champion to support successful rollouts of new features. Reporting & Automation Build or maintain dashboards and operational reports using Power BI, Excel, or Dynamics 365 views. Use Power Automate to create or improve workflows that automate notifications and routine tasks.

Assist with basic data cleaning or data updates as needed. System Configuration & Support Assist with basic troubleshooting or data-related issues. Document process changes, configurations, and system updates.
