Job description
Sanitation Associate - 2nd Shift
The oldest natural and organic food company in North America, is seeking dependable individuals to join our 2nd shift sanitation team at our Eaton facility, which supplies locally grown organic soybeans.
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Days: 5 days per week
- Overtime: No guaranteed OT; possible before/after shift and Saturdays
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
Employees will assist with production duties until production is complete, at which point the team transitions to full factory sanitation. All 2nd shift employees are responsible for sanitation once production ends.
Production Duties (as needed before sanitation begins)
- Tray Machine Operator
- Can Buffer
- Label Inspector
- Hoist Operator
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and factory areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Entry-level position - no experience required
- Diploma/GED not required
- Comfortable working in a hot and steamy environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Felony convictions considered on a case-by-case basis with approval
