How we LEAD:
Capitol Christian Music Group ("CCMG") is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Streaming & Commercial Strategy to support the Commercial Partnerships team in the execution of key revenue initiatives across streaming platforms, DSP Pitching, and other revenue channels like eCommerce/D2C. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, A&R, and Creative to help ensure our artists and releases are positioned for success across key DSPs and commercial platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Christian Music, highly analytical, and excited to contribute to initiatives that drive streaming performance, optimize artist revenue goals, and expand commercial opportunities.
How you'll CREATE:
Streaming Pitching & Editorial Support
  • Assist in preparing and organizing weekly DSP pitching materials, including hit lists, release priorities, and artist updates for editorial and platform partners.
  • Support the team in maintaining internal release calendars, priority tracking, and pitching documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Help submit DSP playlist pitches.
  • Monitor playlist placements, editorial support, and platform performance to help inform pitching strategies.

Operations & Asset Management
  • Coordinate the delivery and organization of assets required for DSP campaigns, including artwork, audio, metadata, and artist content.
  • Create & distribute weekly commercial recaps of platform placements (street week positioning) on key releases.
  • Assist in managing and applying creative metadata and tagging strategies that improve catalog discoverability across platforms.
  • Collate pitch decks and pitch emails for Commercial Partnerships team.

DSP Profile & Platform Optimization
  • Support ongoing optimization of artist profiles across streaming platforms, including bios, imagery, links, and featured content per DSP.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve artist discoverability and fan engagement through platform tools and profile features.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure metadata accuracy and consistency across releases and digital platforms & help with remaps.

D2C & Retail Maintenance
  • Assist with direct-to-consumer storefront setup and product coordination, ensuring assets and product details are properly implemented.
  • Provide operational support for retail accounts & solicitation info.

Team Support
  • Complete assigned invoices across the department.
  • Submit expense reports as assigned.
  • Plan, coordinate, and book commercial meetings and events as needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
