Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Division: Commercial & Multi-Family


Position Overview

We are expanding our Commercial & Multi-Family Division and seeking driven Sales Consultants to manage and grow key territories. This role focuses on developing relationships with property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, commercial facilities, and large-scale restoration clients. You will manage warm targets, build new partnerships, and uncover exterior construction opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Territory Development

  • Own and grow a defined multi-family/commercial territory
  • Build relationships with property owners, managers, HOAs, and facility leaders
  • Attend industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
  • Actively prospect and conduct in-person outreach

Account Management

  • Manage bid requests, proposals, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Maintain ongoing account touches and develop annual maintenance/replacement pipelines
  • Track all activity and pipeline stages in CRM

Project Development & Closing

  • Identify exterior construction needs (roofing, siding, windows, decks, capital improvements)
  • Coordinate inspections and estimates with internal teams
  • Present solutions and close new opportunities

Performance & Growth

  • Expand client base within underserved commercial and multi-family markets
  • Own key metrics: activity, appointments, close rates, account growth, and revenue quota

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial, multi-family, construction, or property management sales
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Organized with strong CRM habits
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
