Position Summary:
The Content & Social Media Specialist is responsible for bringing the Fox Factory Vehicles portfolio to life through compelling visual storytelling and engaging social media content. This role plans, captures, produces, publishes, and manages high-quality photo and video assets that support product launches, dealer marketing, social media, paid advertising, website experiences, PR, and experiential events. Working closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership, this individual transforms strategic priorities into engaging visual content that strengthens brand perception, grows social audiences, and supports demand generation across the customer journey.
Position Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning:
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to translate campaign objectives into visual storytelling.
  • Develop shot lists, creative concepts, production schedules and content plans.
  • Scout locations and coordinate logistics for photo and video production.
  • Support creative direction for launches, campaigns and dealer initiatives.

Photo and Video Production:
  • Capture professional photography and cinematography of vehicles, products, manufacturing, events and brand experiences.
  • Operate professional camera, lighting, audio and stabilization equipment.
  • Execute studio and on-location productions.

Post Production:
  • Edit photo and video content for web, social, paid media, email, events and dealer communications.
  • Produce short-form and long-form content optimized for multiple digital channels.
  • Apply color correction, sound design, motion graphics and brand standards.

Asset Management:
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library.
  • Ensure proper metadata, tagging and archival of marketing assets.
  • Coordinate delivery of creative assets across internal teams and agency partners.

Cross Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with product, sales, digital marketing and events teams to prioritize creative needs.
  • Support OEM partnerships and dealer marketing initiatives with timely creative assets.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule while balancing multiple deadlines

Social Media Content & Community Management:
  • Own day-to-day execution of the Fox Factory Vehicles social media channels, ensuring a consistent cadence of engaging, high-quality content.
  • Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize photo and video content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms as appropriate.
  • Translate marketing campaigns, product launches, dealer initiatives, and events into compelling social-first content that supports brand awareness and engagement.
  • Capture and publish real-time content from vehicle launches, media events, dealer activations, and industry events.
  • Partner with Communications Specialist to write engaging social copy that aligns with each brand's voice and messaging strategy.
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend adjustments based on engagement, reach, and audience insights.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to align organic social content with paid campaigns, website content, PR initiatives, and broader marketing objectives.
  • Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, identifying opportunities for interaction, and escalating customer service inquiries when appropriate.

  • Professional photography and videography experience
