Mosquito Control Technician (Paid Training)

Earn $17.00–$22.00+ Per Hour | Outdoor Work | No Experience Required


Company: Mosquito & Pest Authority
Location: Richmond, VA & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (March–October)
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season, based on business needs. Daytime hours.
Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (Good-Faith Compensation Range for Virginia)
Additional Earnings: Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities based on individual and team performance.

What You'll Do

As a Mosquito Control Technician, you'll travel throughout the Richmond area providing professional mosquito treatments while delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Apply mosquito control treatments to residential and commercial properties.
  • Safely operate backpack sprayers and other application equipment.
  • Drive a company vehicle between service appointments.
  • Communicate professionally with customers before and after each service.
  • Inspect properties and identify conditions that contribute to mosquito activity.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and pesticide label requirements.
  • Complete service documentation using company software.
  • Keep equipment and company vehicles clean and organized.
  • Represent Mosquito & Pest Authority professionally at every customer interaction.
