  • Answer phones and schedule appointments for sales consultants.
  • Greet potential home buyers and provide community brochures/information.
  • Collate and maintain sales materials including brochures and literature.
  • Ensure model home is clean and orderly (remove all trash, stock fridge, etc.).
  • Timely open and close the model home, completing all checklists.
  • Assist Sales Professionals with activities such as updating CRM systems.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or above.

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required, ideally in a commission-based industry such as new home sales, luxury retail, fine goods, or automotive sales.
  • Experience as a New Home Sales Assistant is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and diligence in following up with leads.
  • Must be able to work evenings as needed, as well as weekends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented, motivated, and committed to professional presentation (business professional attire required).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: This job primarily operates on-site at home construction communities and in a professional office environment.
