REACH, Inc. is hiring a Job Coach to provide supported employment services to individuals with disabilities at their job sites. This role focuses on helping individuals build job skills, confidence, independence, and positive workplace relationships.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in human services, supported employment, disability services, behavioral health, job coaching, or vocational support.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Provide on-site job coaching and employment support to individuals with disabilities
  • Help individuals learn job tasks, improve productivity, and develop strong work habits
  • Support workplace communication, social skills, and professional behavior
  • Collaborate with employers, supervisors, and coworkers to promote success
  • Implement accommodations and coaching strategies based on the individualโ€™s plan of care
  • Use modeling, repetition, or hands-on instruction to teach job skills
  • Monitor work quality, task completion, and progress toward independence

  • Moderate computer skills
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, or weekends

Driving may be required for some assignments:

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with 5 years driving experience
  • Current DMV report and auto insurance

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Community-based job sites (indoor and outdoor)
  • Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to assist individuals physically when needed
  • Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Conditions of Employment:

  • Must pass and maintain a background check
  • CPR & First Aid certification and TB clearance required within 30 days of hire
