SUMMARY: MLS Support Specialist I provides foundational support to MetroTex Multiple Listing Service subscribers and members by assisting with routine inquiries, and administrative tasks. This entry-level role works under direct supervision and focuses on learning Multiple Listing Service systems and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds to member requests for MLS technical support by phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provides assistance with system logins, password resets, and basic product functionality.
  • Assists subscribers with basic listing corrections and changes.
  • Able to provide basic support on listing violations.
  • Documents and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level staff or MLS vendors.
  • Maintains digital record-keeping systems.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0โ€“2 years of technical support or customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn MLS software quickly.
  • Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.

Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch
37.50 hour work week.
Overtime is not required and is authorized with prior supervisor approval.
