What Youโ€™ll Bring

Required

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to research and prepare technical memorandums, field reports, and report sections.
  • Detailโ€‘oriented with strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to frequent travel to client locations across a large geographical area.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Preferred

  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or current registration for the F.E. exam.
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, GIS Software, and/or Hydraflow/HydroCAD.
  • Prior internship or professional experience in civil/environmental engineering.
  • Willingness to travel for field work.

  • Ensure compliance with ERMโ€™s worldโ€‘class Health and Safety Program.

For the Consulting Associate, Engineer position, the anticipated annual base pay is $72,179โ€“$88,775 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
