• Conduct virtual initial assessments for clients, gathering necessary information to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique life circumstances and mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy, employing methodologies and interventions that are proven effective in assisting clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals such as psychologists and psychiatrists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care that integrates various perspectives and expertise.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and other pertinent information compliant with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in clinical supervision and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy, incorporating new research and best practices into your clinical work to continuously improve client care.
• Uphold ethical standards in practice and confidentiality in accordance with legal mandates and organizational guidelines.

As a Virtual LMFT, you will serve a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing a myriad of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting, showcasing a solid foundation in providing marriage and family therapy.
• Profound understanding of diagnosis, treatment planning, and effective interventions based on the DSM-5 framework.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, supplemented by the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and diverse populations, including those from various cultural backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation and management of client care.
