Ready to build the future? Incodema3D is seeking a passionate and hands-on Additive Manufacturing Technician to join our innovative team. If you thrive in a collaborative, high-tech environment and are excited by the future of metal 3D printing for aerospace and defense, we want to hear from you.

The Role
Join a small, dedicated team responsible for the safe and precise operation of our advanced metal 3D printers. This full-time role operates on a four-day work week (Wednesday–Saturday, 2:00 pm to 12:30 am) or (Sunday-Wednesday 2:00pm to 12:30am), giving you a balanced schedule with maximum impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Print and produce: Start and monitor critical print jobs, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Material preparation: Handle and verify specialized metal powders.
  • Post-processing: Expertly unload parts, remove powder, and finish products using bandsaws and media blasting.
  • Ensure quality: Execute tasks with a high level of detail and problem-solving to meet our exacting standards.

What You Bring

  • Mechanical aptitude and a desire for hands-on, technical work.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or related technical experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
