PepRep – Onsite Event Sales Representative and Manager

PepWear | Seasonal / Event-Based Position

PepWear is looking for energetic, dependable, and people-focused individuals to join our team as PepReps. PepReps are the face of PepWear at events across the country, helping bring the excitement of championship and performance events to life through an outstanding merchandise experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, traveling, taking ownership, and being part of a fast-paced event environment. No previous event experience is required—we welcome motivated entry-level candidates who are ready to learn.
What You’ll Do
As a PepRep, you’ll take the lead on PepWear merchandise operations at assigned events. Responsibilities include:
  • Travel to assigned events and represent PepWear professionally
  • Set up and organize merchandise sales areas before events begin
  • Lead on-site merchandise sales and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage and support event staff throughout the event
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and engaging sales environment
  • Monitor merchandise and assist with inventory throughout the event
  • Process customer transactions accurately
  • Troubleshoot issues and make decisions in a fast-moving event environment
  • Serve as a positive representative of the PepWear brand with event partners, staff, performers, families, and customers
  • Assist with breakdown and wrap-up responsibilities at the conclusion of the event
