The Client Services Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients and internal billing teams. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the healthcare billing industry while developing strong communication, organization, and client management skills. You’ll assist with client communication, issue tracking, and administrative support to help ensure our clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

managing communications

Document and track requests, follow-up and resolutions

New client onboarding

Assist in AR reports

Monitor client accounts/issues

Schedule/prepare for client meetings

Maintain accurate records and documentations

Assist with projects

Qualifications:

1-2 years in professional administrative role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Google Workspace and general computer skills

Familiarity with medical billing, insurance terminology or healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in using practice management systems, payer portals or CRM/project tracking tools

Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field
