Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the 2nd shift assembler position, which involves working with precision in a cleanroom environment. Your work will primarily focus on assembling catheters that are used to prevent brain aneurysms, with the majority of tasks performed under a microscope using small hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small components such as coiling wire and tubing using hand tools.
- Work under a microscope for extended periods to ensure precision and quality.
- Adhere to strict attendance policies, allowing only one absence and one late occurrence within the first 90 days.
- Maintain high standards of quality and performance to be considered for permanent employment.
Essential Skills
- Ability to work under a microscope for long durations.
- Proficiency in using small hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good attendance record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in cleanroom or manufacturing environments is highly desired.
- Open to entry-level candidates who can pass the hand assessment test.
- Monday through Saturday, 3:30pm to 12am with Mandatory Overtime
- Need to be open to working up to 10-12 hour days Monday-Friday and 8 to 10 hours on Saturdays.
- This won't be all the time but the definitely need to be prepared and open to it.
- The managers will post the Saturday schedule on Wednesdays. Any requests for Saturdays off need to be requested before the schedule is posted on Wednesday. If requested after Wednesday, then Saturday will be mandatory for them and considered an unexcused absence if missed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
