Machine Operator – Production Operator

Location: Baldwin, WI

Pay Rate:$19 - $21.00 Hourly

Employment Type: Full Time (Temp-to-Hire)

We are currently hiring Machine Operators to support our growing production needs. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to build on existing skills, we have opportunities for you!


Position: Machine Operator – Production Operator

Shifts Available:

· Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

· Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

(Rotating schedule – work just 14 days a month!)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plastic injection molding and extrusion machines in a clean-room environment to produce medical device components.
  • Assemble small to medium-sized precision plastic parts with high attention to detail.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with strict medical standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, materials used, and any quality issues.
  • Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in plastics or medical device manufacturing is a plus, but not required — we provide full training!
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
