Job description

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a collaborative team setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Inspect products for quality and report damaged or defective materials.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, and tablets.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
  • Follow established operating procedures while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
  • Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
  • Dependable work ethic with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the workday.
