Job description

This is a full-time, entry-level sales and field marketing role where you will be out in the community representing Renewal by Andersen. You will spend part of your week going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and part of your week working fun local events, festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, and retail locations such as Walmart and Ace Hardware.

As the first impression of Renewal by Andersen, your goal is simple: start conversations, create interest, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. The more appointments you schedule, the more money you can make.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, coachable, motivated by earning potential, and looking to grow within a company that invests in training and career development.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods

·         Talking with homeowners and creating interest in Renewal by Andersen products

·         Working local events such as festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, and community events and setting appointments at each event

·         Representing Renewal by Andersen at retail locations such as Walmart and Ace Hardware for lead generation

·         Setting up and breaking down event materials

·         Tracking activity using company-provided canvassing and lead-generation technology

·         Overcoming objections while maintaining a positive, professional attitude

·         Building confidence, communication skills, and sales fundamentals that can lead to higher-earning roles

What’s In It For You

·         $19/hour base pay plus uncapped bonuses

·         Full-time position with benefits

·         Paid training — no experience required, but preferred

·         Unlimited bonus opportunities

·         Medical, dental, and vision insurance

·         401(k) with company match

·         Paid time off and holidays

·         Tuition reimbursement

·         Employee discounts

·         Renewal by Andersen gear

·         Free entry to events you work with us

·         Mileage reimbursement when applicable

·         Supportive team culture and seasoned management

·         Clear growth path into in-home sales, leadership, or other advancement opportunities

Who This Role Is Perfect For

You will thrive here if you:

·         Are well-spoken, energetic, and outgoing

·         Enjoy talking to new people

·         Are motivated by earning more, not just clocking in

·         Can handle rejection and keep moving forward

·         Like working independently while still having team support

·         Are coachable and open to feedback

·         Are dependable and reliable

·         Have a positive attitude and high energy

·         Are physically active and comfortable walking for extended periods, including up to 7–10 miles per day

·         See this as a stepping stone, not a dead-end job

No sales experience? That is completely fine. Our top performers have come from hospitality, retail, customer service, athletics, marketing, and other people-facing roles. All you really need is a desire to learn, grow, and connect with people.

Requirements

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Reliable transportation

·         Ability to travel to various locations in the Summerville/Charleston area

·         Ability to execute setup and breakdown of events/retail

·         Weekend availability

·         Ability to navigate simple technology, including a smartphone, iPad, and computer

·         Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

·         Ability to maintain professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude in the field

·         Comfortable walking 5 to 10 miles a day in seasonal weather conditions

·         Comfortable working/standing at events/retail locations for 4 to 6 hours

If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.

Our Interview Process

We move quickly, but we take hiring seriously. Here is what to expect: quick recruiter phone screen, interview with a Team Lead, final conversation with the Department Manager, and offer plus background check.

We will keep you informed every step of the way.
