Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the Neuroscience ICU located in Newton, MA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility caring for critically ill patients with a variety of neurological conditions. WCS Healthcare Partners is looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients with neurological diagnoses such as neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury.
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and ongoing care needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in Neuro critical care nursing.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week with day/night rotating shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
