Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled technician to perform preventative maintenance and entry-level mechanical repairs on commercial trucks. This position supports fleet and customer vehicle safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and safety checks in compliance with company, DOT, and federal/state regulations.
  • Diagnose, service, and repair vehicle systems including brakes, clutches, HVAC, steering, suspension, and drivetrain components.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair 5th wheel assemblies and assist with emissions-related maintenance as applicable.
  • Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and diagnostic equipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Accurately document repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed on work orders and reports, and complete additional assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of diesel technician experience in diagnosing and repairing light, medium and heavy-duty trucks.
  • Experience performing PM related services.
  • Must have a valid driver's license: CDL Preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs/push-pull 75lbs.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • ASE certification preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening required by DOT.
