Job description

LSINC Corporation is a dynamic, innovative company experiencing rapid growth in engineering, manufacturing, and product development. We are seeking motivated, hands-on individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in machining and advanced manufacturing.
This is an entry-level CNC machinist role designed for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Minimal CNC machining experience required-we will train the right candidate.
What You'll Do (What You'll Learn):
As a CNC Machinist Trainee, you will work alongside experienced machinists to develop skills in:
  • Learning to operate CNC mills and lathes in a production environment
  • Assisting with machine setup, tooling, and part loading
  • Reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings and job specifications
  • Performing basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
  • Supporting the fabrication of parts to required tolerances and quality standards
  • Assisting with finishing processes such as deburring and polishing
  • Identifying and reporting defects or quality concerns
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Over time, you will gain exposure to:
  • CNC programming
  • Advanced setups and machine operations
  • Complex machining processes and quality inspection techniques
