ENTRY LEVEL – SERVICE TECHNICIAN I

imes-icore USA is a CADCAM service company for the Dental industry. Providing excellent customer service for CNC milling machines, 3D printers, 3D imaging scanners, Intra-oral scanners and other CADCAM technologies.

Job responsibilities:

Customer support via online and phone. Directing the customers verbally how to do technical procedures. In-house repair of machines. Organize preventive maintenance and keep track of inventory.

Qualification:

Basic computer knowledge

  • Windows OS – XP, 8, 10
  • Install and uninstall program
  • Able to follow detailed step-by-step instructions
  • Microsoft office – Word and Excel

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

· Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment

· Able to work in both individually and in an established team setting

· Self-starter with strong customer service skills as well as excellent communication skills

· Ability to operate remotely from the main office with minimum supervision

· Demonstrate excellent judgement in customer relations and in managing company resources: Strong competence in instrumental systems technology to include mechanic, and software technology.

· Able to interface with customers in a positive professional manner

· Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
