Votre role

A titre d'Analyste financier - FP&A, vous jouerez un role cle au sein de l'equipe finance en transformant les donnees financieres en recommandations d'affaires concretes. Vous serez responsable d'assurer la rigueur financiere de l'organisation, de soutenir les decisions d'investissement et d'agir comme partenaire strategique aupres des leaders de differents departements.

Ce role combine analyse financiere avancee, planification strategique et collaboration interfonctionnelle dans un environnement en pleine croissance ou vos contributions auront un impact direct sur la performance de l'entreprise.

  • Piloter le processus budgetaire annuel et les previsions financieres.

  • Developper et maintenir des modeles financiers robustes pour soutenir les decisions d'affaires et les investissements.

  • Suivre les depenses et identifier des opportunites d'optimisation avec les gestionnaires.

  • Produire des analyses de rentabilite, de marges, de ROI et de performance financiere.

  • Definir et suivre les KPI financiers et operationnels.

  • Preparer les revues d'affaires mensuelles (MBR) ainsi que les communications destinees aux investisseurs et a la direction.

  • Contribuer a l'amelioration et a l'automatisation des processus financiers.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • 5 a 10 ans d'experience en FP&A, finance corporative ou dans un role similaire.

  • Expertise en modelisation financiere et excellente maitrise d'Excel.

  • Experience en budgetisation, previsions financieres et analyse de variance.

  • Forte capacite analytique et aptitude a transformer les donnees en recommandations concretes.

  • Excellentes competences en communication et en presentation aupres de parties prenantes de niveau executif.

  • Autonomie, rigueur et capacite a evoluer dans un environnement rapide et en forte croissance.

Atouts :

  • Experience dans un environnement manufacturier ou industriel.

  • Titre CPA, CFA, MBA ou autre certification pertinente.
