Cabinet Shop Team Member (Entry-Level to Experienced)

Location: Carol stream, IL
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)
Pay: Competitive wages based on experience

About Us

We are a growing cabinet shop specializing in custom cabinetry and woodworking projects. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and creating a positive work environment. We are currently seeking motivated individuals at all skill levels, from entry-level helpers to experienced cabinet makers, to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on experience level, but may include:

  • Assisting with cabinet construction, assembly, and installation
  • Operating woodworking machinery such as table saws, panel saws, sanders, and CNC equipment (training provided if needed)
  • Measuring, cutting, sanding, and assembling cabinet components
  • Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans (experienced roles)
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Supporting finishing, hardware installation, and quality control
  • Following safety guidelines and shop procedures

Experience Levels

We are hiring for multiple experience levels:

Entry-Level / Shop Helper

  • No experience required
  • Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
