Our company is currently seeking an Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and examine financial records, ensuring the accuracy of transactions and supporting our accounting department with data entry and administrative tasks. You will report directly to the Accounting Manager and work closely on invoice processing and other related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
  • Compute and record numerical data accurately
  • Check the accuracy of business payment transactions
  • Assist with invoice processing and report preparation
  • File and organize accounting documents
  • Reconcile financial data and records

Required Qualifications
