Allegiance Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated General Helper to support daily
production operations in a manufacturing environment. This entry-level position involves assisting with packaging, material handling, and product preparation while maintaining a safe and efficient work area. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Feed materials into production equipment.
• Place products into kits or display boxes.
• Remove finished products from equipment.
• Stack products on pallets (skids) or pack them into boxes.
• Complete skid flags and packaging tickets accurately.
• Prepare boxes for shipping.
• Apply labels to boxes and packages.
• Assemble materials into bundles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
